There are ways you cannot waste your time doing small to large projects, so you can work on what's important to you. You can hire assistants (in-person or virtually) to help those task that will help you and your build your business. You can hire a maid, virtual assistant or personal assistant etc.

Do your clients, family and friends understand how much time you spend on your business?

It can take you a couple of hours or more than 12 hours in a day to work on your business. You are not only using your time, but your mind, body, sacrifice away from family and yourself. Time is a valuable tool. You don't want to waste it on any unnecessary people, places or things.

Time is a valuable resource, therefore it is better to do things as quickly as possible.

You spend time on your passion to make money and it need to be added into your prices.
